Information we collect
We collect only what we need to quote and run a job. That normally means your name, company, phone number, email address, the pickup and delivery addresses, and a description of what is being moved.
The forms on this website do not store anything. They assemble what you have typed into an email in your own email application, which you then choose to send. Nothing is submitted to a database on this site.
How we use it
To prepare a quote, to run the job, to contact you about it while it is live, and to invoice you afterwards. Delivery records including proof of delivery are retained as business records in the normal way.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Information is shared with a driver only to the extent needed to complete your delivery.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you across other sites. If basic analytics are added in future to understand which pages are useful, this page will be updated to say so before that happens.
Retention
Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful, and are then deleted. Records relating to completed jobs, including proof of delivery and invoices, are retained for the period required for tax, insurance and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will deal with it.
If you would rather not send information through this website at all, call dispatch instead. The phone is usually faster anyway.
